This prestigious clinical/healthcare company is looking for self motivated individuals that can demonstrate a high level of influencing and communication skills along with the ability to proactively make decisions where appropriate to benefit the team and clients. Commercial and Operational Tasks
- Responsibility for generating new leads for in-sourcing contracts across existing and new clinical specialities.
- Responsibility for developing new business through implementing proactive business development strategies.
- Responsibility for the delivery of business development objectives as needed.
- Ensure business proposals to meet in-sourcing service needs.
- Raise the profile and market our in-sourcing service in collaboration with the Client and their Service Operational Managers.
- Be responsive and proactive in order to address any requests or service issues raised by the client in a timely and professional manner and in accordance with the client’s expectations.
- Understanding of the client’s clinical service and in doing so be able to offer a range of additional and new services in order to bring further business benefit to the client.
- Act as the first point of contact for all new service sales related enquiries.
