A superb opportunity to work for a Blue-Chip Organisation within the Consumer Sales Department. You will be responsible for processing ticket orders taken over the telephone, email and face to face at the front ticket desk. Candidates will need to handle enquiries confidently via the telephone as well as processing information in a timely manner. For this exciting role you will need to have excellent communication skills, be computer literate and be very customer focussed.

The Hours
You will be required to work 35 hours per week (9am to 5pm), which will include working match days (Saturdays or Sundays – three out of four with a day off in the week) so you will need to be flexible as the hours of work will range between 9am-9pm depending on match times. Weekend working will offer an overtime rate.
Location
Initially based in North Birmingham, you will then move to their Bodymoor Heath, Sutton Coldfield in November.
